The print is an extremely enlarged shape of an original design found on the dashboard, hood, trunk and valve covers of the 1955 through 1957 Ford Thunderbirds belonging to Ford Motor Company and accomplished by Mr. "Gib" Giberson, an automotive designer employed by Ford Motor Company during this era of the early Thunderbirds.
